Joe has an impressive track record, having led a team that won an Ozzie Award and the Maggie Award during his tenure as a managing editor. He then shifted into marketing communications, where he oversaw communications for numerous retail, service, and education companies. With a B.A. in English, a B.S. in criminal justice, and a minor in psychology from Westfield State University, Joe brings vast experience and a unique perspective to his work.
