Speech Language Pathologist Assistant Travel Job Description
- Aid lead SLP to help patients with speech and communication disorders
- Diagnose patient problems, swallowing disorders, and help evaluate/treat based on established protocols
- Work with family members and caregivers to help patients practice routines and improve speech and language abilities
- Create both short and long-term treatment plans and measure progress
- Detail patient progress in facility systems and keep notes from sessions
